    • We will always speak positively about our real estate partners with our customers. If the customer has any specific concerns, we promise to communicate back to our real estate partner to help them drive greater customer satisfaction.
  • Our desire is to build a relationship with our real estate partners by becoming a trusted advisor. We will negotiate professionally and provide as much documentation as necessary to support our repair outlines and estimates.
